Enjoy Pepsi Zero Sugar With Food
This offer is specifically for Pepsi Zero Sugar beverages (all sizes). Participants can receive up to Four Dollars ($4.00) cash back reimbursement when they purchase any sized Pepsi-Cola Zero Sugar beverage ("Qualifying Purchase") at a participating food service account ("Offer").
Bonus Reimbursement Reward. In addition to any cash back reimbursement earned for a Qualifying Purchase, an eligible participant who successfully completes five (5) verified and approved Qualifying Purchase redemptions during the Offer Period will receive a one-time bonus cash back reimbursement of Five Dollars ($5.00) (the "Bonus Reward") upon approval of the participant's fifth (5th) Qualifying Purchase redemption. The Bonus Reward will be issued using the same payment method selected for the participant's cash back reimbursements (e.g., PayPal or Venmo), subject to account verification and compliance with these Offer Terms. Only approved redemptions count toward earning the Bonus Reward. The Bonus Reward is limited to one (1) per participant unless expressly stated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold, deny, or revoke the Bonus Reward in the event of fraud, abuse, submission of invalid receipts, use of multiple accounts, or any violation of these Offer Terms.
The offer runs from 1/1/2026 to 12/31/2026 (the "Program Period"). To be eligible for the cash back, purchases must be made during this period. The deadline for cash back submissions is 12/31/2026.
The purchase must include at least one (1) Pepsi-Cola Zero Sugar beverage. Only one receipt can be submitted per offer claim. Each receipt must clearly show the purchase of a Pepsi Zero Sugar beverage and food. Receipts must be printed from the food service account's point of sale system or a print screen of the confirmation email from an online retailer, with the product name, retailer, and purchase date visible. Pepsi reserves the right to reject any submission where this information is not clearly identified.
You must possess the original retailer receipt to request redemption. All cash back requests must be submitted by 12/31/2026. Participants are limited to one (1) offer claim per seven (7) day period per person, phone number, and email address throughout the Offer Period. Cash back reimbursements will be paid via PayPal, Inc, or Venmo, Inc.

Cash back will be issued as a digital payment only via PayPal or Venmo, depending upon the submitter's declared preference, following receipt verification. You will be required to provide the phone number associated with your PayPal or Venmo account to receive reimbursement. Failure to provide a valid phone number may result in forfeiture of payment.
Once your Submission has been verified for compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you will receive payment via PayPal or Venmo.
Offer valid only for purchases made in the United States. Void where prohibited. This offer may not be combined with other offers. Uploads generated by script, macro, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. The use of multiple phone numbers or email addresses to obtain additional cash back redemptions are prohibited. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution.
Employees of PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, affiliated companies, retailers, and distributors are not eligible. Requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Rewards earned through this offer are non-transferable. Sponsor retains the right to modify, pause, or terminate the program at any time. Furthermore, Sponsor can revoke your participation in any campaign at its discretion, without needing to provide a specific reason.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the cash back process and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the offer if it cannot run as planned due to factors beyond Sponsor's control.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any technical malfunctions or other problems related to the offer, and any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) at time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win: employees, contractors, directors and officers of Pepsi-Cola Company (the "Sponsor") and its bottlers, PepsiCo Inc., Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc. ("Administrator"), NFL Enterprises LLC, The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively), each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, participating locations, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (hereafter collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or "step") of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three (3) months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes). No groups, clubs or organizations may enter or win a prize or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members.
The Sweepstakes begins on August 6, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The time clock of the Sweepstakes Administrator's (as defined below) computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes as described below.
A. Automatic Entry via "Score A Free Pepsi® Zero Sugar with Your Meal" Offer (the "Offer"): During the Sweepstakes Period, participate in the Offer (available at https://pepsi.gotoaisle.com/fs) to receive an automatic entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing. Participants must have a mobile phone with text messaging capabilities to enter via the Offer and may incur a standard text message charge from their wireless service provider for each text message sent and received. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Your entry via the Offer is your electronic signature agreeing to these Official Rules and to giving electronic written consent. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers will participate. Mobile entry is not required to submit an entry or win a prize in the Sweepstakes.
B. Mail-In: To enter without making a purchase and sending a text message, hand print your first and last name, complete mailing address (no PO Boxes), daytime phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3" x 5" index card or piece of paper and place your entry into an outer-mailing envelope with proper postage affixed and mail it to: Pepsi Zero Sugar Football Sweepstakes, c/o GSE, PO Box 130, Dept. 26-8106-29, Glencoe, MN 55336-0130, to be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate hand-addressed, postmarked envelope. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped-outer envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, mutilated, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or postage-due mail or entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Limit one (1) entry per person per week, regardless of entry method. A "week" is defined as a Sunday through the following Saturday with the first week of the Sweepstakes beginning on a Thursday and ending the following Saturday.
All participants must have a valid email address in order to be contacted by Administrator if selected as the winner and to claim prize. The name of the person submitting the entry into the Sweepstakes must be the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of entry, otherwise the entry may be deemed void. Multiple participants may not share the same email account. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a participant, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses (or the domain associated with a submitted email address). The potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the authorized account holder of such account.
Every entry submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the individual participant; all automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and all transmissions from such scripts, macros, bots or sweepstakes services or related phone numbers may be blocked. If it is discovered that a participant used multiple phone numbers, email addresses and/or mailing addresses, or manipulated such information, for the purpose of obtaining more than one (1) entry per week, such person will be disqualified, and all entries shall be deemed invalid and any prize awarded to them will be forfeited.
The potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 8, 2027 from among all eligible entries received by the Administrator whose decisions are final. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person or household.
Seventy-five (75): $100.00 NFLShop.com e-gift card ("Gift Card"). Gift Cards are valid only at NFLShop.com. Except where required by law, Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, or cash equivalent. Gift Card cannot be returned, reproduced, modified, sold, traded, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Card is not valid for purchases of other Gift Cards or on previous purchases or returns. All Gift Card purchases are subject to the NFLShop.com terms of use and any other terms and conditions applicable to Gift Cards, which may change at any time. Void where prohibited. Gift Cards are issued by Fanatics Retail Group Fulfillment, LLC. To check your Gift Card balance, please visit NFLShop.com/GChelp. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize is $100.00. Total ARV of all prizes is $7,500.00.
The potential winners will be notified by the Administrator, via email, within three (3) business days of the random drawing. The email will provide information regarding how to claim the prize. The prize must be claimed within seventy-two (72) hours of email notification. If (a) a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable; (b) a potential winner does not properly claim their prize (as instructed within the notification); or (c) a potential winner cannot be verified or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Upon forfeiture of a prize, for any reason as stated within these Official Rules, no compensation will be given. Prizes will be shipped within eight (8) weeks of winner verification.
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New York without respect to conflict of law doctrines. Void where prohibited. The potential winners may be required to provide proof of legal U.S. residency if requested by Sponsor to determine eligibility and as a condition of prize award. No substitution of a prize is offered, no transfer of a prize to a third party is permitted and a non-cash prize may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated value and actual value of a prize will not be awarded. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize, if any. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree (a) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and award, shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; or to be acting in any manner to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A USER OR PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor and Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information submitted by participant, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, or combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet or wireless service; (f) any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's mobile device or property which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes; (g) any change in the potential winner's email address which may result in the potential winner not receiving a prize notification; or (h) any undelivered or unanswered emails, including without limitation, emails that are not received because of the potential winner's privacy or spam filter settings which may divert any Sweepstakes email, including any notification email, to a spam or junk folder. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, including but not limited to Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, government restriction, or any other condition beyond their control, which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend the Sweepstakes and prize award; and Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may modify and amend these Official Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Sweepstakes for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant (and all their entries) from the Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if the participant tampers with the entry process or if their fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. All participants, as a condition of participation, agree to release Sponsor, Promotion Parties, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents and Instagram and Meta, from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, illnesses, damages or losses to persons and property, including bodily injury and death, which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize awarded, or any typographical or other error in the printing of these Official Rules or the offering or announcement of any prize. Winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Except where prohibited by law, winners grant to Sponsor and its designees the right to print, publish, broadcast and use their name, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor, in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation or consideration, unless prohibited by law.
The participants waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes. The participants each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in the State of New York, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. The arbitrator's decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The participants agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding, arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. ("JAMS") or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a "Demand for Arbitration", then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in the State of New York. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn't apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New York. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator's fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of participant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court. The Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of New York, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Westchester County, New York.
Sponsor's use of your personal information is subject to the privacy policy located at contact.pepsico.com/pepsi/privacy-policy. Any communication between participant and Administrator, Sponsor or its other agencies regarding the Sweepstakes (e.g., phone calls, text messages, chats, emails, etc.), may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Winners' names may be included in a publicly available winner's list.
